All prices are quoted and invoiced in EUR. Payments from non-euro accounts are converted by the client’s bank or payment provider at its applicable exchange rate and may incur conversion fees.

Extra work for active clients
Additional work for active monthly support clients is charged at €32 per hour.
Time is recorded in 15-minute blocks. Unused support time can roll over for one month, up to half of the monthly allowance.
Ad-hoc work
One-off work without a monthly support plan is charged from €45 per hour, subject to availability.
Major redesigns, new builds, malware recovery, large migrations and third-party licence fees are scoped separately.
Agencies, developers and consultants
Launch offers and monthly support-bank rates are for direct small-business clients only.
Agency overflow, white-label work, complex debugging, rescue work and developer escalation tasks are scoped separately.
Agency/developer work starts from €69/hour, with a minimum charge of €185. Urgent or high-risk production work may be quoted from €95/hour.
Marketplace, PPC and data automation work
Amazon, eBay, PPC tracking, product feeds, marketplace APIs, data extraction, web scraping, price monitoring, imports and reporting tools are available for ecommerce clients.
Simple related tasks may use support-bank time. Larger automation, scraping, API or feed projects are scoped separately because they often require planning, testing and ongoing reliability checks.
